By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 2083 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
The 2083 platform is a service restricted to individuals aged 18 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they meet the minimum age requirement before registering.
2083 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full services of the 2083 platform, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information provided during registration may result in account termination and freezing of any associated balance.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without compensation.
Users are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials, including their password. Do not share your login details with anyone. 2083 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. Users agree not to use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 2083 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Dana, as well as online banking services like Maybank2u. The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are their own. Deposits made using a third party's payment method without authorisation are prohibited and may result in account freezing and further investigation.
Winnings will only be processed to an account or payment method whose registered name matches the account information on file with 2083. Withdrawals are typically completed within 24 to 48 working hours, subject to required verification. Additional identity verification may be required for withdrawal amounts exceeding RM500.
2083 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud or suspicious activity pending the completion of an investigation. All transaction history is automatically recorded and can be reviewed by users in their account portal.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Users agree to use the 2083 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or platform bugs for personal gain.
- Disrupting or damaging platform operations through any technical means.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
- Using another person's account or sharing an account between multiple individuals.
2083 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 2083 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service unavailability, technical disruptions, or transaction delays caused by factors beyond the platform's control.
2083's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of active deposits held in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

Account Suspension and Closure
2083 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request. Users whose accounts are terminated due to policy violations will not be entitled to a refund of any balance associated with the violating activity. Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to review and closure.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2083 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the property of 2083 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 2083.
Third-Party Links
The 2083 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 2083 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss arising from the use of their services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before engaging with it.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
2083 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via in-platform notifications or to the registered email address. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically for the latest updates.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the 2083 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms or through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity of the rest.
